These terms cover your use of www.elite-airservices.com and how estimates and service bookings with Elite Air Duct work. Using the site or booking service means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide things. Effective date: July 20, 2026.
Estimates and quotes
- Estimates are free. A written quote states the full price for the described work before anything starts.
- A written quote is good for 30 days. If the scope changes on site (something we could not see before opening the system), we stop, explain, and get your approval on a revised number before continuing.
- Prices shown on this website are typical market ranges for context, not binding offers. Your written quote is the number that counts.
Scheduling and cancellations
We confirm a window, and we call before we roll up. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, a day's notice is appreciated so another neighbor can take the slot. We extend the same courtesy: if we are running late, you hear from us, not silence.
Promotions
The Broncos-flag discount (10% off) applies once per household per service visit, to homes displaying a Denver Broncos flag at the time of the estimate. It cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so in writing.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is done and you have looked it over. We walk you through what we did, including before-and-after photos, before we ask for a dime.
Workmanship
If something we did is not right, tell us and we come back and make it right. This covers our workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing conditions in your equipment or ductwork, which we will point out when we find them.
Website use
- Site content is for general information about our services. It is not engineering advice for your specific system; that is what the on-site estimate is for.
- Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no submitting false lead forms, no attempting to access the administration area.
